Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

We ship our products worldwide to all locations that can be reached through either the Postal Service globally, or DHL Express to selected destinations. We do not support other shipping options.

Postal Service

Our default shipping option is through the Postal Service.

Delivery Estimate

On the Cart and Checkout page an estimate of the delivery time is given. This estimate is based on our own internal processing time, combined with the processing time supplied by the Dutch postal service PostNL. The estimates are not binding.

All our products are in stock and orders received before 15:00 CET (Central European Time) on working days will be shipped the same day. If the amount of a product exceeds our current stock, we will backorder the missing products from our upstream supplier. This will add two extra working days to the delivery time which is already calculated in the delivery estimate on the checkout page.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with a total product price of at least € 15.00 to all destinations world-wide.

For smaller orders, we add a modest shipping fee of € 2.99.

Extra Costs

For orders shipped through the Postal Service, we do not charge any other costs than the shipping fee mentioned above.

For orders to destinations outside the European Union, there may be additional costs due to customs procedures. These costs have to be paid in full by the buyer. Please check our page about Vat on Orders for details.

DHL Express

If you want to expedite shipping and use DHL Express instead of the Postal Service, please send us an email for a quote before you finalize the order.
