Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

We ship our products worldwide to every destination that can be reached through the Postal Service. Shipments are handed over to the Dutch postal service PostNL and delivered by the postal service of your country. We do not offer courier or express services.

Delivery Estimate

On the Cart and Checkout page an estimate of the delivery time is given. This estimate is based on our own internal processing time, combined with the transit times published by PostNL for your destination. The estimates are not binding.

All our products are in stock and orders received before 15:00 CET (Central European Time) on working days are shipped the same day. If the quantity of a product exceeds our current stock, we backorder the missing products from our supplier. This adds two working days to the delivery time and is already included in the estimate shown on the Checkout page.

Shipping Costs

Netherlands and European Union: FREE SHIPPING on all orders with a total product price of at least € 20.00. For smaller orders we charge a shipping fee of € 3.95

All other destinations: FREE SHIPPING on all orders with a total product price of at least € 35.00. For smaller orders we charge a shipping fee of € 5.95.

Extra Costs

Apart from the shipping fee above we charge nothing extra. Whether VAT or import duties apply to your order depends on the destination country: for some countries we collect them at checkout, for others your customs authority may charge them on delivery.
